Ricardo Zamora (Barcelona, January 21, 1901 - September 15, 1978), has been one of the great players in the history of Catalan football; It is considered one of the best goalkeepers in the history of world football. Ricardo Zamora was born on January 21, 1901 in Barcelona. He started playing football in the second decade of the twentieth century in the University SC. In 1916, with only 15, he signed for Espanyol, club where he became one of the biggest myths in its history.
